Cris Casanueva, Director of Operations
Cris oversees property management for our condos, is in charge of student and faculty housing and Institute hospitality, and handles the facility lease program; she performs HR and accounting support duties, leads our CERP certification applications and ongoing compliance reviews, plans our annual meeting and all other events, and spearheads special projects such as construction and outreach seminars. Jackie Robinson, Director of Student Services
When you visit the Institute, Jackie will be one of the first people you see at the Student Services desk. Jackie assists students in registering for future classes, works with Visiting Faculty, and supervises the Student Services Department. Diego Oquendo, Clinical Director
Diego has been with the Institute for over 30 years. His responsibilities include assisting the Education Department in all aspects of the education experience, both for Visiting Faculty and students alike; coordinating Clinical and Laboratory activities to provide students with an exceptional hands-on experience. Mark Collis, Resource Center Manager
Mark Collis has been with the Institute for over 30 years. As Manager of the Resource Center, he assists students in obtaining the equipment and materials they are exposed to in classes.
