A $1,000.00 non-refundable, transferable deposit is due at the time of registration and course tuition balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the course attended. Course cancelations made less than 45 days prior to the start of the course will incur a $250.00 administrative fee to be deducted from the deposit. Course cancelations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the course will incur a $500.00 administrative fee to be deducted from the deposit. The Pankey Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course with advance notice to registrant and refunds will be provided. In no event shall the Institute be liable for any cancelation or change penalties assessed by the airlines, hotels, or car rentals as a result of the course date changes or cancelations. All remaining monies held in deposit will be held in the participant’s account to be used toward a future course. If these monies are not applied to a course within 18 months they will be deemed a donation to the Institute. All requests for date transfers and cancelations must be made in writing. Please allow 3 weeks for processing of refunds.
If you are staying in the Pankey Lodge, a one night lodging deposit is expected when you make your reservation. Lodging in the Pankey Lodge Condos is limited to availability. Single occupancy rooms are $195 per night, and shared rooms are $125 per participant per night. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or a check made out to The Pankey Institute.
After your registration information is received, a member of the Student Services will contact you on the same or next business day to confirm your seat in the class and discuss payment options.
