We are pleased to introduce two new team members joining the Pankey Family! Both Tracy & Beth bring an amazing amount of talent and experience in their respective areas as well as a passion for not for profit organizations & education. 

Our newest Directors will be working collaboratively and extensively on all areas that continue to support our mission and strategic goals. Please join us in welcoming them!

Tracy Ellis
Director of Community Engagement

Tracy comes to us with an impressive work history in non-profits, specifically having been in charge of alumni membership at the American Bar Association, and having created successful fundraising campaigns at a number of organizations where she served. Tracy attended Harvard and received her MBA from UCLA.

As our Director of Community Engagement, Tracy’s focus includes leading all activities and programs associated with Fundraising/Advancement, our Alumni Association and other special programs like Pankey Learning Groups and Adopt a Dental School that help students and the dental community experience Pankey education anywhere – including outside The Institute.  

Beth Halloran
Marketing Director

Beth’s track record of success includes award-winning contributions made during her 20+ years in the dental/orthodontic community in various management positions she’s held in the sales, marketing and professional education arena. She’s a familiar face to many within the Pankey community as either our primary liaison with Align Technology (manufacturer of Invisalign) a few years ago – or more recently you may recognize her face and name based on the work she’s done for us to create and launch a highly interactive and dynamic web platform to deliver all of the  comprehensive information and resources our contributors led by Dr. Mark Murphey created earlier for our first series of Learning Cases for Pankey Learning Groups. 

As the Director of Marketing, Beth is responsible for developing and implementing our comprehensive marketing plan and strategies through a variety of communication vehicles including but not limited to digital, print, web and social media. She will continue to play an important role in supporting Pankey Learning Groups as well.
