You may contact our Registration Department at (305) 428-5500 or fill out our online registration form here. Back to top4.2 What's the deadline for registration? Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the course you want to attend is full, we will contact you to discuss alternative course dates. If there is an open seat in a class, you may register for that class up until the last week prior to the class. Back to top4.3 How much are classes? For the latest tuition fees, please contact our Registration Department at (305) 428-5500 or click here. Tuition covers the course manual (printed and digital) and any materials and equipment you will be using at the Institute. 4.4 What kind of deposit is required? A $600 non-refundable tuition deposit is required to register in any course offered by the Institute. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an accommodation in the Pankey Lodge. Payment may be made by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Back to top4.5 When is payment due? You will receive a statement 16 weeks before your course begins, requesting one half of the tuition balance. The remaining balance will be due four weeks before commencement of class. Back to top4.6 What is your cancellation policy? The Institute recognizes registrants may need to withdraw from a scheduled course. Should you have to reschedule the course due to extreme circumstances, contact us as soon as possible so we can to offer the opportunity to another student. Our cancellation policy permits one transfer if notice is received 90 or more days prior to the scheduled class date. Subsequent transfers are subject to administrative fees. Notification of withdrawal received within 45 or less days of a scheduled course will result in forfeiture of the original deposit. Notification of withdrawal within 8 to 14 days of the course may result in forfeiture of 50% of your paid tuition if your reserved seat is not filled by someone on our short-notice attendance list. Notification of withdrawal within 7 days of the course may result in forfeiture of 100% of your paid tuition if your reserved seat is not filled by someone on the short-notice list. The Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course as appropriate, with advance notification to registrants. In such an event, deposits may be refunded in full or transferred to a future course date. In no event shall the Institute be liable for any cancellation or change penalties assessed by airlines as a result of course date changes or cancellations. Back to top |
