Each of the Essentials courses (E1-E4) is a full-immersion course with many rich presentations, discussions and hands-on exercises experienced in a comfortable, noncompetitive environment. At Pankey, we foster a culture of support and encouragement that we are told repeatedly is not experienced anywhere else.
The visiting faculty associated with your class will stay in the Pankey Condos at Key Colony and host evening conversations that are relaxed and fun for everyone. You will get to know your faculty and make friends with colleagues. These relationships extend well beyond the classroom as our alumni commonly reach out to each other for inspiration, advice, mentorship, and friendship throughout their lives.
In each of the Essentials courses, we explore all aspects of practice—technical, behavioral and financial—integrating the learning and helping you develop your abilities and practice to help your patients achieve optimal oral health, function, comfort and aesthetics. We will help you see the benefits to you and your patients of practicing dentistry in a comprehensive way, based on relationships of trust, and the goal of helping your patients have the best oral health possible for their lifetimes.
In these courses you will step back from the stress of your day-to-day activities and take time to learn about yourself and your aspirations. You will develop in competence, confidence, and the ability to envision and articulate a plan for the practice you want to create and the life you want to live. We will help you understand the benefits of intentionally leading a balanced, happy life with renewed energy for practice.
As you implement what you are learning, you will see a significant return on your Pankey learning investment. Essentials participants report a significant increase in patient appreciation, case acceptance, staff happiness, retention, referrals, profitability, personal satisfaction, happiness, and peace of mind.
“I have never experienced such a unique learning environment, with such outstanding support from both faculty and fellow students, as I have found at The Pankey Institute. My time during E1 (Occlusion in Everyday Dentistry) has helped me form a clear vision and lay the foundation for the practice, and life I want to pursue.”
