Lab Assistant

(Doctors are welcome to attend.)

Would you like to have your diagnostic work done in house? This course will train your Dental Assistant to become an outstanding Lab Assistant by mastering the diagnostic workup.

You will have the ability to better control the outcome of your cases as more of your lab work stays within your practice.

Your assistant will learn:

• Techniques for making exquisite diagnostic wax-ups.
• Techniques for making direct or indirect provisional restorations.
• How to be more effective with case acceptance.
• About the Pankey Philosophy and how it’s application will set your practice apart from others.
• About the application and advantages of dental photography as a tool for better communication with your patients as well as with your lab technician.
• How to help your patients understand their dental problems and solutions.
• The assistant's important role as a member of your team.

Prerequisite: None
30 Credit Hours
Limited to 22 participants

Tuition: $1,500 for the first team member and $900 for each additional team member

Lodging in The Pankey Lodge Condos limited to availability — double occupancy $100 per night, single
occupancy $175 per night
