Dr. Bruce R. Dunn
Bruce R. Dunn, DDS earned his earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Chemistry from Adams State College in 1965. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1969. Dr. Dunn is Past President of the Colorado Dental Association and received the Colorado Dental Association Distinguished Service Award in 2003. He enjoys the practice of comprehensive dentistry with his son, Dr. Matthew Dunn. Their practice includes extensive experience with complex restorative dentistry, esthetics, “bite” and “occlusal” problems (TMD), implants, as well as general dentistry.
Dr. Dunn enjoys lecturing, teaching and consulting and has been a visiting faculty member for 15 years at the L. D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, Florida. He has served the American Dental Association as a member of the Council on Ethics, Bylaws and Judicial Affairs.
Dr. Dunn has been honored by Fellowship in the American Academy of General Dentistry and the Pierre Fouchard Academy of Dentists. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists which are honorary organizations. Dr. Dunn is a Past President of the Dentists Professional Liability Trust for the state of Colorado and volunteers for the Colorado Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped. He is an active member of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry. Membership in this academy is by invitation only and is limited to a maximum of 165 dentists world wide.
