Gabe McGarry is a native of the Albany area, having graduated from Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake high school in 1994. After earning a bachelor of science degree in biology from SUNY Binghamton in 1998, he graduated from the University of Buffalo with a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2002. Following dental school Dr. McGarry returned to the Albany area to complete a General Practice Residency as a dentist at St. Clare’s Hospital in Schenectady. He began working as an associate in our practice after practicing privately for four years in Colonie, New York.
Dr. McGarry resides in Slingerlands, where he and his wife, Colleen, are raising their growing family. In addition to his skills in dentistry, he is an accomplished musician, playing acoustic guitar and piano, and he performs regularly as part of the local group Threads.
Dr. McGarry has committed himself to providing high-quality care for his patients through participation in continuing education courses.
