Dr. Jason Aanenson
Dr. Jason Aanenson is a graduate of Augustana College and Creighton University School of Dentistry. Dr. Aanenson grew up in northern Minnesota and began practice in Freeman in 1998, Parkston in 2001, and Viborg in 2015. Dr. Aanenson, his wife Jill, and sons Tryg and Thor, reside in Freeman. Dr. Aanenson is a member of the American Dental Association, South Dakota Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and has served as president of the Southern District of the South Dakota Dental Association. In the fall of 2013, Dr. Aanenson was conferred into the International College of Dentists. Dr. Aanenson has a strong commitment to continuing education and has completed advanced training at The Dawson Academy and The Pankey Institute. In addition, he is a member of study clubs associated with Piper Education and Research Center and the Spear Institute. He currently serves as President-Elect of the South Dakota Dental Association and has served on the Board of Trustees. In his free time, Dr. Aanenson enjoys spending time with his family, reading, traveling, boating, playing golf, and watching all kinds of sports.
