About Me:

A native of Maine, Dr. Todd Ray has been practicing dentistry in South Portland since 2000. He holds his bachelor degree in biology from Union College, and his doctorate of dental medicine from Tufts University. Before graduating and receiving honors on his national board exam from Tufts in 2000, Dr. Ray worked in the Tufts University postgraduate endodontic clinic during his first-year summer. His experience there deepened his knowledge and interest in endodontics (root canals) and it remains a professional passion along with orthodontics, prosthodontics and cosmetics.

Dr. Ray maintains affiliations with the Greater Portland Dental Society, the Maine Dental Association (with whom he is a past executive board member), and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Ray keeps up on the latest and most predictable dental techniques through his membership in the The Seattle Study Club and Frank Spears Study Clubs.

In his spare time, Dr. Ray enjoys family time in nature and on the ski slopes.

About My Practice or Lab:

A Healthy Approach to Dentistry...
Welcome to our practice! We are conveniently located in the
South Portland/Maine Mall area, serving patients from much
of the York and Cumberland county areas. We are a family
practice committed to providing complete dental care in a
warm and comfortable environment.

When you come to our practice, you will notice a
difference from other practices from your very first visit
and comprehensive exam. We take the time to discuss your needs and expectations, and we get to know your personal preferences before beginning any treatment plan.

Dr. Ray, Dr. Ryan and their dedicated staff strive to improve the long-term oral health of every patient at every stage of life. We are convinced that complete dental care means comprehensive service offerings to fulfill your oral health needs. It also means understanding how dental care affects your overall health and well-being.
