Dr. J. Michael Rogers
Essentials 3 Coordinator
A graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry, I have spent the last 22 years developing my abilities to restore patients to the dental health they desire. That development includes continuing education exceeding 100+ hours a year, training through the Pankey Institute curriculum and one-on-one training with many of dentistry’s leaders.
Through my career, I’ve served a Assistant Clinical Professor in Restorative Sciences at Baylor College of Dentistry, received my Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and currently serve as Visiting Faculty at the Pankey Institute. I have used all of that passion and dedication to serve patients in the same practice for 22 years in Arlington, Texas.
One of my favorite aspects of dentistry is creating a customized plan to help patients achieve their dental health goals by hearing each patient’s story. Not only seeing the care they need but knowing the person that needs it. I look forward to that challenge with every patient I see.

Dr. Droter, John
Dr. Droter graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland Dental School with a huge void in understanding TMJ problems. His quest for an understanding has led him to study most notably at the L.D. Pankey Institute, The Center for Advanced Dental Study with Dr. Peter Dawson and Dr. Mark Piper, The University of Florida’s Facial Pain Center with Dr. Parker Mahan, Dr. Henry Gremillion, and Dr. Frank Dolwick, The University of California, San Diego with Dr. Terry Tanaka and with Dr. Guy Haddix in Statesville, NC. |
Dr. Droter maintains a private practice diagnosing facial pain in the Washington DC, Baltimore, Annapolis area. When TMJ damage is suspected in causing a patient’s problem, he utilizes state of the art imaging (CT and MRI scans) along with computerized measurement and analysis of joint and muscle function. He provides nonsurgical TMJ rehabilitation for those patients with damaged joints. He has a network of excellent physicians and therapist when problems other than the TMJ are the cause. An accurate diagnosis is the key and first step to any effective therapy. |
He is a visiting faculty member at the LD Pankey Institute in Florida and the Spear Educational Center in Arizona. In the past he was a visiting faculty member at The Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, teaching temporomandibular disorders to the orthodontic residents and was on staff at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, where he did rounds with orthopedic surgeons, learning the medical approach to damaged joints. Dr. Erickson, Chelsea
Dr. Erickson is a North Dakota native who grew up near the Turtle Mountains in Bottineau, North Dakota. She attended the University of North Dakota and graduated with Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2006. She then attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where she graduated with her degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2010. She and her husband moved back to the Grand Forks/East Grand Forks area to be near family and friends. They have three children who keep them very busy. |
She comes from a medical background and knew from an early age she wanted to become a medical professional. After job shadowing several different medical careers she chose dentistry. Dr. Erickson felt that dentistry was right for her for several reasons. Most importantly, of the many medical fields she observed she felt the dental profession had the privilege of getting to know their patients very well. It also grants practitioners the benefit of autonomy where decisions about treatment are made based on the patients needs and not dictated by a governing hospital or insurance company. Dentistry also provides regular hours allowing her to enjoy more time being a mother and wife. She has a passion for continuing education and travels often to learn the most update information especially regarding comprehensive care including airway, TMD and sleep. She is a visiting faculty member at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida and loves to help educate as well. |

Dr. George, Yasmin
Yasmin qualified in 1988 from Guys Hospital Dental School in London and went on to work there in the Department of Oral Medicine. Since then she has worked in general practice, which means she has had a great deal of experience in many different areas of dentistry, treating patients from all walks of life. |
Yasmin has been involved in cosmetic dentistry for many years and finds it one of the most exciting and rewarding aspects of being a dentist. She never tires of seeing how happy patients look when they’ve achieved their perfect smile, and is proud that what she does can actually help someone grow in confidence or smile for the first time with their teeth on show. |
Yasmin believes that her patients should make informed choices about their treatment, so she provides as much information as possible and always tries to be both honest and realistic. She is also committed to team building and staff development, and believes in ‘relationship based’ dentistry. This means taking the time to get to know her patients so she can best advise, help and treat them. |
Yasmin has a particular special interest in orthodontics for both adults and children and has been providing orthodontic care for over twenty eight years. |
For adults her treatment skills include “invisible” braces such as those fitted to the inside of the teeth (lingual braces), or those made of transparent materials such as Invisalign. Yasmin also has considerable experience with Damon braces for adults and can do ‘limited’ or partial treatment options; these are often popular with adults as treatment is quicker. |
For children, she is passionate about the need to be assessed and where appropriate, treat early, also to take into consideration the development of the whole face, airway and sleep. If you’re a parent, you may also be pleased to know that she has two sons so she fully understands how important your children’s teeth are to you and the challenges encouraging healthy habits in children. |
Yasmin is a nervous patient. If, like her, you are particularly anxious about visiting the dentist then as a Dental Phobia Certified dentist Yasmin can offer you the latest sedation techniques helping you to conquer your fears, when you’re ready to, at your own pace. |
Throughout her career, Yasmin has taken every opportunity to develop her skills. This has included taking many training courses and attending conferences in the UK and abroad; joining and serving in a number of Dental Academies, Associations and Societies; teaching at King’s College Faculty of Dentistry, at the Pankey Institute in Florida, and sitting on the Panel of Examiners for the Certificate in Dental Sedation Nursing and the National Examination Board for Dental Nurses. Most recently she has been involved in the development of continuing education in orthodontics for general dentists, working with internationally recognized orthodontic specialist and educator Dr Derek Mahony, City of London Dental School and the Academy of Dental Excellence (ADE). |
Yasmin is not a UK registered specialist in orthodontics and this is a choice she has made. The UK orthodontic training pathway and style of treatment has not been her preference, as she is passionate about not just straightening teeth, but developing good-looking faces and helping nurture growth patterns. Making interceptions to encourage correct alignment of the teeth and jaws. In this respect it is Yasmin’s view that we have a lot to learn from our international colleagues in the field of orthodontics, especially in the USA and Europe where such treatments are very popular. |
Whilst Yasmin has trained extensively and internationally, to a Masters standard in Orthodontics, she had no wish to give up general dentistry, and so provides this and orthodontics in parallel. Yasmin has been successfully treating patients for over 28 years both in her own practice, and now in Weybridge, Surrey and in Kent. |
Yasmin is more than happy for anyone to contact her with any questions and would be delighted to discuss her field of expertise. Orthodontics is an exciting field, and she believes in making each patient happy, confident and comfortable with their smile. |
Yasmin has a large selection of “before and after photographs” on this website and looks forward to building a long-term, trusting relationship with her patients. |
Yasmin endeavours to offer her patients the best products and techniques and the most up-to date treatments and skills. |
Dr. Gordon, David
In addition to my formal training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, I am also involved in three study clubs focusing on comprehensive practice health, TMJ, and Invisalign. Each study club allows a small group of like-minded dentists time to share our successes and failures with an educated group from across the country. This type of learning is beneficial because it gives me real world feedback and a broader sense of how other patients are dealing with treatment and results that I would like my patients to achieve. |
I have continued my education at the Pankey Institute, which provides facilities that are on the cutting-edge of technology backed by the faculty of dentists that have the knowledge of long-term treatment success. The small group teaching has allowed me to have one-on-one and hands-on experience that is implemented by our team. Their philosophy focuses on providing a patient-centered life time treatment by understanding that even a simple dental cleaning or filling can have effects on the long-term health of a patient. Learn more about the Pankey Institute here. |
I have always had a true love for working with my hands and the biology of the human body. Dentistry seemed like the perfect fit for both of those interests! By combining my knowledge and skill with my dedicated team and our patients’ own efforts, we are able to improve dental health and function with ease and comfort. Not a day goes by that I am not pleased to see my patients smile. |

While maintaining his practice in Hinsdale, IL, Rich Green became involved in the management aspects of dentistry and, in 1981, joined Selection Research Corporation (an affiliate of The Gallup Organization) as an associate. This relationship and his interest in management led to his graduation in 1992 with a Masters in Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School in Chicago. |
Through his teaching and consulting, Rich provides dentists guidance on leadership development, financial management, staff selection and development, practice positioning, market definition, strategic planning, transitions, and human relations. |
He is one of the profession’s clear and congruent voices on the behavioral aspects of patient care and practice management, as well as the development of a personal philosophy to guide and shape one’s dental practice. |
Rich Green also has an intimate perception of the health care process because of his life long management of his diabetes. This has led him to a deeper understanding of the role that compassion and caring plays in the doctor’s and the patient’s role in healing. |
Rich lives with his wife Linda in Sanibel, Florida and Glen Arbor, Michigan, depending on the season. They have a blended family with four children and enjoy six grandchildren. Biking, walking, swimming, sailing, and singing remain favorite activities. |
